IP Guarantees and warranties

Eliëtte Vaal contributed to the book “Garanties in de rechtspraktijk” (2e ed.) of Wolters Kluwer, edited by Van Rossum, M., & Kuypers, P. H. L. M. In the chapter “Warranties and IP” Eliëtte provided a summary of the most relevant literature and litigation and also provides practical guidance and best practices in M&A contracts.
