Nevertheless, it may be that a client is dissatisfied e.g. with a particular aspect of our service. It that case you can raise your concern with your regular contact. Your complaint will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Procedure. However, we value your feedback and would prefer to hear about your concerns at an earlier stage.
