Eliëtte Vaal on BNR: about Odido data breach claim
"The company has done far too little for privacy compliance," says Eliëtte Vaal.
Privacy foundation CUIC (Consumers United in Court) launched a collective action against Odido. This follows a data breach in which the data of more than six million Dutch citizens was stolen. The consumer collective describes Odido as negligent on multiple counts and is seeking, among other things, redress for everyone whose data has now been exposed.
