New findings from the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate show that data security at Clinical Diagnostics still falls short. Therefore, Women's Rights Collective (WRC) is calling on victims to join the ongoing mass claim.
Clinical Diagnostics failed to meet the legal standard for information security. Nearly a year later, the data is still not secure. This is evident from the new investigation by the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate.
This is why Women's Rights Collective (WRC) foundation is launching a mass claim against, among others, Clinical Diagnostics and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. The Data Lawyers and Agorax represent WRC as legal counsel in this claim.
